Ingredients
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter with both sugars and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and beat well.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients; beat into the egg mixture.
  5. Fold in pineapple, carrots and walnuts; mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1¾ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, oil, eggs and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute on low speed. Then, beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup creamy nut butter of your choice
  • ¾ cup baking chocolate (I use dark chocolate chips but you can also use semi sweet chocolate chips)
  • 1½ tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice each banana into thin slices and arrange half the pieces on the baking sheet.
  2. Spread peanut butter onto each banana slice, then cover each slice with another slice. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until frozen.
  3. Place the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted. Stir in the chocolate, and continue to microwave until smooth. Use a fork or spoon to cover each banana bite in chocolate, then place back on the sheet. Freeze for one hour and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 10 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  2. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Cook caramels, butter and water in large saucepan on low heat until caramels are melted, stirring frequently.
  3. Combine popcorn and nuts in large bowl. Add caramel mixture; toss to coat. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 min., stirring after 10 min. Spoon onto sheet of waxed paper; cool completely. Break into clusters.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups Cocoa Puffs® cereal
  • 1 cup Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
  • 10 ounces peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup broken pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup almond slices (or almond slivers)
  • ½ cup red M&M'S® candies
Instructions
  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips. peanut butter and butter.1
  2. Heat in microwave in 30 second bursts until melted and smooth, stir after each 30 second burst.2
  3. Measure cereal into an extra-large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, toss to coat.3
  4. Pour powdered sugar into a gallon sized, resealable bag. Add cereal, close bag and shake. Shake until all of cereal is covered.4
  5. Pour out onto flat surface to cool.5
  6. In a large bowl, mix together coated cereal, peanut butter chips, pretzel sticks, almond slices and red M&M'S® candies. 6
  7. Store in an airtight bag or container.
