This is so good. You can add as many or as few veggies as you like. I usually put in as many as I have.

  • Hey Marsha! Happy New Year to you and yours! I just finished preparing ingredients gor your applesauce snack cake. To my amazement, there were no eggs in your list of ingredients. I added one egg to the rest of the ingredients. I also felt the pan needed to be a tad larger for the amount of all those tasty ingredients. Your thoughts?

    • I had to go look at the recipe. LOL! That recipe was from my Grandmother. It’s one of those Depression Era recipes. The original recipe didn’t call for any eggs, but, like you, I would usually add one. I need to add that to the recipe. The pan size is what was written for the recipe. I haven’t made it in so long! I think I’ll have to make one soon to check everything out. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I hope the one you made came out good.
