Shrimp isn’t one of my favorite seafoods, but I do like these. Serve along with some coleslaw.

Shrimp Po’Boys with Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  • fried shrimp, drained
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • sliced tomato
  • lettuce
  • slice purple onion
  • Remoulade Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/8 cup creole mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. pickle juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
Instructions
  1. Remoulade Sauce: Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Fry up all your shrimp and drain on paper towels. Keep warm in a 250 degree oven.
  3. Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise. Generously spread on Remoulade sauce.
  4. Layer on shrimp, tomato, onion and lettuce.
